The diversity of marine life in the Baa Atoll is incredible, but it’s the regular sightings of manta rays and whale sharks in season that attracts divers and snorkellers alike.

The Baa Atoll UNESCO Bisophere Reserve is home to only a few island resorts. The region sees fewer divers than its more southerly neighbours, ensuring diving away from the crowds. A firm favourite, Reethi Beach Resort is a perfect Maldivian retreat with its tropical surroundings, relaxed atmosphere and diversity of marine life just a few short steps away from your room.

This suggested itinerary is suitable for divers and snorkellers.
