The Dewi Nusantara is a three masted topsail schooner offering diving itineraries to world-class locations such as Raja Ampat, Triton Bay, the Forgotten Islands and Cenderawasih Bay, at the heart of the Coral Triangle.

At 58 metres long, the ‘Goddess of the archipelago’ is purposely designed to be totally independent for long periods at sea while offering unparalleled comfort and excellent customer service with a crew of 19. There are eight spacious Deluxe staterooms and a Master suite, comfortably accommodating up to 18 adventurous divers. All feature modern amenities including air-conditioning and en suite bathroom. Facilities on board include a huge lounge and dining area, sun deck, outdoor dining, a camera room plus ample space and storage on the dive deck.

Itineraries are generally 11 nights long and offer up to four dives per day. She spends the majority of her time cruising and exploring Raja Ampat (Sep-Mar and May). As the boat moves from one region to the other for optimum diving conditions special itineraries include some lesser explored areas of the archipelago including the Banda Sea and Triton Bay (Mar), the Forgotten Islands, Banda Sea and Ambon (Apr-May) plus Cenderawasih Bay (Jul-Aug).

All diving is from one of two custom-built tenders and guided by an incredibly experienced dive team. Electricity supply is 220v (110v transformers available). Standard tanks are 12L with DIN adaptable valves. A limited number of 10L and 15L tanks are available on request. Nitrox (32%) is available.

The pristine beauty and diversity of the Indonesian archipelago, both above and below the water, is truly unrivalled. The staggering abundance of marine life can be attributed to the area’s incredibly low human population density, its remote location and lack of infrastructure. The diving areas are geographically very large, so the exact route and itinerary will change depending on the local weather and marine conditions, which determine where the boat can anchor safely as well as cruise between islands. Rest assured, the crew will do their utmost to seek out the best available dive sites during your trip.

A visit to Indonesia, at the heart of the Coral Triangle, offers you the best diving you'll ever do...probably!
