The Bahamas Aggressor, is a 30 metre monohull yacht, operating year-round itineraries around the islands of the Bahamas.
The intimate, luxurious vessel accommodates up to 14 passengers in five deluxe cabins and one unique quadruple bunk room. All have en-suite bathrooms, a TV with digital media player, and are fully air-conditioned. The salon is a comfortable common area with plenty of room for all to relax after a hard day of diving. Sockets are standard USA and 110v power. As with all Aggressor Fleet boats, there is a purpose built camera table and charge station.
Up to five dives a day are available over five and a half diving days. There’s so much to see and encounter. Expect swim-throughs, caves, pinnacles and pelagics, magnificent walls, coral heads, drift dives, schools of colourful fish, rays, sharks and plenty of critters hiding in the crevices. Itineraries include the Exuma Cays (from Nassau) and West End with Bimini or Tiger Beach (from Freeport). Personal lockers are on the dive deck and all diving is from the mothership.
A full range of Aqua Lung equipment is available to rent and a 3-5mm wetsuit is recommended. Water temperature over the summer months is about 26C and the waters are calm. During the winter the average is 24C and there are occasional strong winds. It’s warm all year and the ‘coldest’ time is Jan/Feb when the air and water temperatures are still above 20C. Nitrox is available.
